Our Story
Our journey began back home — one of us a passionate student, the other a guitar teacher with over 20 years of experience. What started as music lessons soon became a shared dream: to build a place where creativity, discipline, and passion could come together.
That dream became Mahtadi Art Centre — a space where art is more than a skill; it’s a way of life. With years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and training artists and educators, we’ve created a community where people of all ages and backgrounds can grow.
We believe that art is the voice of the soul — a powerful tool for self-expression. Our teaching is grounded in modern, global standards, helping students rise above today’s noise with clarity, confidence, and creativity.
Leadership Team
Reza MohtadiHaghighi
Co-founder and Director of Mohtadi Art Centre, is a seasoned composer, guitarist, and instructor with over three decades of experience. A versatile musician, he specializes in Classical, Pop, Rock, Blues, and Country guitar styles, and also teaches a wide range of instruments including harmonica, cajón, banjo, and various types of guitars. His musical journey began in 1985 under the mentorship of Bahman Nasri and continued through years of training with esteemed masters such as Kangarloo, Motavali, Pakshir, and Rafik Davoudian. Today, his legacy is reflected in the many students and artists he has mentored, and in the vibrant, high-standard education offered at Mohtadi Art Centre.
Niousha Rasifaghihi
Co-founder and Director of Mahtadi Art Centre, is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of art. With a deep love for creativity in all its forms, she has dedicated herself to building a space where artists of all backgrounds can connect, grow, and thrive together. Her vision is rooted in the belief that art is not just a talent, but a shared human language that brings people closer. Through her leadership and creative spirit, she helps shape the centre into a welcoming community that nurtures both personal expression and collective inspiration.
